On the occasion, President Jamiat Ulema Waqarabad District Maulana Muhammad Abdullah Azhar Sahib Qasmi said that due to the lockdown, especially small business owners have been severely disturbed and many businessmen to take interest-bearing loans or work for someone for a meager salary.
