A man from Mehboobnagar district of Telangana died of black fungus at Gandhi Hospital

HYDERABAD: A man belonging to Mehboob Nagar, who was undergoing treatment at Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad, died due to black fungus. The deceased has been identified as Venkat Reddy, 46, of Mouza Elakna. He had recently recovered from Corona, after which he was taken to a local hospital on a complaint of ophthalmology. According to family sources, doctors confirmed that she was infected with black fungus. He was rushed to Gandhi Hospital last night where he succumbed to his injuries.
